Valmiera Art school art students' artwork exhibition "BIRDS AND CAKES" is now available for viewing (from Tuesday, June 30, 2015), in the shopping centre "R32" in Valmiera, Rigas Street 32.
Art school students of grade 2 with the guidance of their teacher Silvia Melnūdre worked with the tasks of learning about the color and graphic composition. Since the spring was not far away and longing for sunnier days was great, theme "Bird" was chosen.
The grade 6 students with their teacher Lāsma Lopatko decided to gratify their school's birthday and gift it colorful paintings - "CAKES". At the same time, it was a serious color learning training, where on the warm color background the cake had to be painted in cool shades, but on the cool background - warm one.
In the summer both teachers and students need to get a good rest and need to acquire new impressions for the next school year, to delight us with new beautiful and interesting artwork.
